Become an Authorized Astral Hoops Reseller!
Astral Hoops is known for providing excellent service to our customers. As an Astral Hoops authorized reseller we pledge to provide you with all of the necessary knowledge and support to provide the best possible service to your customers.
Our goal with Astral Hoops is to help promote health, community, happiness, and innovation by supporting and encouraging hooping, flow arts, play, technology, wonder, and the transformational communities they are a part of. We've adopted the following reseller program to ensure that vendors reselling our products also adhere to the same high standard, morals, and values that we do.
This program is for resellers only. You must have an established flow related retail business to become an Astral Hoops reseller. This can include, but is not limited to, retail stores, dance studios containing a shop, festival vendors, and websites. This program is not intended to provide bulk discounts to individuals or groups.
Maintaining the Astral Hoops Brand
The Astral Hoops brand must be maintained. The re-branding of Astral Hoops products is not allowed.
Product Knowledge and Descriptions
If posting Astral Hoops products online, the listings should contain complete and accurate product descriptions.
If selling our products in a physical store or at a festival, the sales person should be fully knowledgeable about them. The sales person should be able to explain the different options and help the customer select what will work best for them. The sales person should also be able to demonstrate the use of the product and explain all of its features.
Astral Hoops manuals should always be distributed with a sold product.
Astral Hoops products are not to be modified in any way without prior authorization. If you have an idea for a clever modification, let us know!
Astral Hoops products are to be sold in the venues you've been specifically authorized to sell them in only. They are never to be sold on third party websites such as eBay, Etsy, Amazon, etc. Please let us know in advance if you would like to sell our products at a festival. Festivals are a great place to vend Astral Hoops products. However, we already vend at many festivals and we'd like to coordinate with you to avoid overlapping at the same festival.
We do provide drop shipping with prior authorization. The actual shipping cost plus a $5 handling fee will be charged for drop shipped orders. Drop ship requests should be sent to email@example.com. Unless we have the item in stock, drop ship orders may take 1 to 2 weeks to fill. A tracking number will be sent to you when the item is shipped. If you provide your customer's email address, we can also send the customer the tracking number.
If an item is returned to us as undeliverable, any additional shipping fees for reshipment or redirection will be charged to you the reseller.
Astral Hoops products are not to be advertized at a price below the list price for the item. The list price is the price listed on astralhoops.com.
Warranty and Servicing
Our products come with a one year warranty. We offer paid servicing after the warranty has expired. We also offer a wide range of other services for our products. This include resizing, retubing, upgrading, and more. Please direct customers to our Service Page [http://astralhoops.com/service] for all warranty claims or modifications they would like.
Unauthorized servicing of Astral Hoops is frowned on and will void the warranty. Working on one of our products without proper knowledge and equipment can cause serious damage.
Excess "stocked" products may be returned to us by resellers within 3 months of original purchase. The products must be in new and sell-able condition. Stocked products are products that we commonly stock on our website. This excludes custom products, product in sizes that we don't commonly stock, and product designs that are reseller exclusives. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned items.
Defective or damaged items can be repaired or replaced according to our warranty and service menu.
We will provide the following for your customers:
- Warranty service
- Non-warranty repair and modification services
- Purchasing replacement parts (chargers, cables, end caps, etc.)
- Support with questions they may have about the product they have purchased and its operation. (We also encourage you to provide post-sale support to your customers. It's just good service.)
With the exception of servicing warranties, we will not accept returns or exchanges directly from your customers. If a customer contacts us requesting to return or exchange a product and they are not in our customer database, we will direct them to contact the reseller where they purchased the item. Do not instruct a customer to ship an item to us. All warranty and service items must be sent through our service order system [http://astralhoops.com/servicerq].
Dealer pricing is confidential and not to be disclosed to 3rd parties.
Reseller orders should be at least $1000 for the first tier discount. Higher discounts are available for larger orders. Please refer to your discount schedule or contact us to discuss large quantity purchases. There is no minimum for drop-ship orders, but a $5 handling fee will apply to each order.
Our products are carefully handcrafted. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for us to fill reseller orders.
Reseller orders must be paid in full before they ship. A minimum of 30% must be paid before we begin assembling the items for your order.
We accept credit cards, PayPal, and checks. A 3% processing fee will be added to orders paid with credit cards or PayPal. Orders paid by check will be shipped after payment has cleared.
