Since our custom made items are "custom made" to the chosen specifications and individually built by hand, they are generally not returnable. We can make modifications to a custom item after it has been built according to the fee schedule on our service page. If a custom item is built to similar specs of items we commonly stock, we may grant an exception and accept the return for refund, minus a 20% restocking fee. The build options on the website are precise to help you know exactly what you're getting. Since having a hoop that's weighted just how you like it is important we've created a weight calculator feature. After you click the Continue button from the build a hoop page, the weight of the hoop will be displayed based on the options you've selected. Non-custom made (in stock) hoops, wands, staffs, and accessories can be returned within 30 days of purchase; however, they must be in new condition. Since the LED items we sell contain sensitive electronics, we test and inspect all returns to make sure they are undamaged and in new and working order before re-listing them for sale. If something about a return is not in new and sell-able condition, a service fee for restoring it to new condition and/or a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Shipping and handling is not refundable. After 30 days, no returns will be accepted for any reason.
