Return Policy

Since our custom made hoops are "custom made" and individually built by hand, they are generally not returnable. We can make modifications to a hoop after it has been built for a fee, but it's best to order your hoop exactly how you want it in the first place. The build options on the website are precise to help you know exactly what you're getting. Since having a hoop that's weighted just how you like it is important we've even created a weight calculator feature. After you click the Continue button from the build a hoop page, the weight of the hoop will be displayed based on the options you've selected. Non-custom made hoops can be returned; however, they're subject to a 20% restocking, inspection and testing fee. Since the hoops we sell contain sensitive electronics, we test and inspect all returns to make sure they are undamaged and in new and working order before re-listing them for sale. If something about the hoop is not in new and sell-able condition, a fee for restoring the hoop to new condition will be deducted from the refund. Service fees are listed on our Service Page.

Shipping and handling is not refundable. After 30 days, no returns will be accepted for any reason.
